Once you subscribe, we’ll ship a brand-new printer along with everything you need to get started. Your monthly plan includes ink replacement and up to 100 printed pages per month.
2. What happens if I print more than 100 pages?
If you exceed your monthly page limit, additional usage may be billed at $12 per 10 pages (black & color combined), or you can upgrade to a higher-volume plan for better value.
3. Is ink included in the subscription?
Yes. Ink is included with your subscription, and replacement cartridges are automatically shipped when needed to help prevent interruptions.
4. Do I own the printer?
The printer is provided as part of your subscription plan while your membership remains active.
5. Is there a long-term contract?
Yes. This subscription requires a minimum 12-month commitment.
6. What type of support is included?
