At Reprinter Ink, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible products.

Eligible Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resalable condition
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving the order

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Exchanges for Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your product has any issues, we’ll make it right. We offer exchanges for products that are:

  • Faulty or defective
  • Leaking or damaged
  • Not recognized by the printer
  • Incorrectly supplied
  • Incompatible with your printer model

Please contact customer support as soon as possible after receiving the item. In some cases, we may request photos or basic troubleshooting details to speed up the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not qualify for return:

  • Opened or used cartridges
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Items returned after the 15-day return period

Return Process

  • Contact our customer support team to request a return or exchange
  • Provide your order number and issue details
  • Our team will review the request and provide return instructions
  • Once approved and received, the replacement or refund process will begin

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method after the returned product is inspected and verified.

Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective product.
